GM Project (Industrial Park & Township)
Our client: A Public Listed Property Developer Company based in Klang Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Operations and General Management and Property Development.
- Overall planning, executing, controlling and coordinating property development projects.
- Responsible for identification of lands for planning developments, feasibility studies and construction of developments.
- Responsible in layout planning and approval.
- Liaises with approval authorities and relevant parties.
- Negotiates/gains approvals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- To coordinate and liaise effectively with clients, architects, consultants and other government authorities to ensure all specifications and services comply with technical specification.
- Oversee project planning, appointment of consultants, design development and implementation.
- To ensure conceptual design, development program and budget and prepared on time and approved by management.
- To monitor contractor’s performance, progress of works and claims.
- To attend site meeting with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve the technical and site logistic issues.
- Perform any other duties and/or assignments deemed appropriate should the need arise.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/M&E/Construction.
- At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the Property Development and Construction related field is required for this position.
- Experience & expertise in Industrial Park, township & high-rise.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with vision, commitment, engagement and results.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a number of key tasks at any one time within defined deadlines.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker and planner with the ability to deliver results.
- High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Well versed with the authorities’ requirements for Industrial Park.
